2、石化公司业务目标、发展方向和发展战略对信息系统的需求；符合中国石油信息化的整体规划，按照六统一性原则：统一规划、统一标准、统一设计、统一投资、统一建设、统一管理。同时要兼顾信息化的先进性、实用性、可操作性、适用广泛性和经济性原则。本文首先介绍了规划的概念和分析方法，随后研究了国内外先进的炼化企业信息化建设情况，兰州石化公司业务现状和信息化建设分析，兰州石化公司信息化建设规划部署，兰州石化公司信息化建设引起的企业变革，存在的风险。关键词：兰州石化信息化规划AbstractTheinformationconstructionplanningofCNPCLanzhou
