5、ngproviderofcomprehensivecoalminingequipmentinChina.On25November2009,SanyInternationalwaslistedontheMainBoardoftheStockExchangeofHongKongLimited(hereinafterthe“StockExchange”).SanyInternationalachievedsalesrevenueofapproximatelyRMB3,780.2millionin2011,asubstantialincreaseofapproximately40

6、.9%over2010,andournetprofitwasapproximatelyRMB774.4millionin2011,anotablegainofapproximately15.5%overtheapproximatedsumofRMB670.5millionin2010.TheGroupisacoalminingmachinerymanufacturerwiththewidestproductrangeandthemostcomprehensiveproductlinesinChina.Atpresent,theGroup’sproductsincludeu
