1、关中帝陵旅游景区游客满意度研究本科毕业论文摘要景区经营者根据旅游者的满意度调查能够有效的找出旅游景区中存在的不足，并以此提出改进方案，对旅游景区的经营及改善有很重要的意义。本篇论文主要是以关中帝陵景区为背景和研究对象进行学术分析与探讨，本人亲自走访关中帝陵中的唐乾陵进行实地调查和走访，通过发放调查问卷的方式收集相关素材，并亲身感受到唐乾陵中所存在的问题，将这些问题整理记录下来，通过这种方式从自身角度感受到作为一个游客面对一个景区时，内心的真实感受，并通过这种方式提高关中帝陵景区的客户满意度，分析景区中需要改
2、进的地方。首先要对景区进行保护与开发并重的措施，保护景区的同时要创新景点新鲜度，吸引游客；同时还要打造深度历史文化旅游产品，作为具有历史意义的关中帝陵，必须有其自己的特色；另外要加大关中帝陵遗产资源整合，单一发展终究不是长久之计；其次还要加大旅游宣传和促销,提高关中帝陵知名度，自身拥有再丰厚的历史文化没有宣传力度也是远远不能招揽游客的，因此提高知名度也是发展景区的重要举措之一；最后要制定帝陵旅游季节性发展策略，扩大旅游产品的地域范围，对旅游业的发展起到了积极的作用。关键字：关中帝陵；游客满意度；调查Abst
