5、sallegedfailuretorespondproperlytothedebtor"snoticeofrescission.Weholdthatitdoes.Indoingso,wejointheapproachoffourothercircuits,andweknowofnocircuitwhichhasheldtothecontrary.Theplaintiffs,RichardandTheresaBelini,allegedthatthedefendant,WashingtonMutualBank,soldthemahigh-costmortgag
6、ewithoutmakingdisclosuresrequiredbyTILAandequivalentMassachusettslaw.Theysuedinfederalcourt,assertingclaimsfordamagesforfailuretomakethesedisclosures,forrescission,andfordamagesforWashingtonMutual"sallegedfailuretorespondproperlytotheirnoticeofrescission,underbothTILAandsimilarMass
