4、verageofmethodwithinsituheattreatment,andthebiologicalFGHA-Ag1surfacewassignificantlyincreased(Ra¼404þ/responseanddissolutionpropertiesofthecoatingshave100.8nm),attributedtothehighestrateofdissolution.þbeenexamined.ThreeAg-FGHAcoatingswithdifferentper-ReleaserateofAg
5、ionsinsolutionwasmeasured,showingcentagesofsilver(1,3,and6.6wt%Ag)werecomparedreleaseratesofsilverionsforallAg-dopedcoatingswereini-withpureFGHA(withoutAg)asacontrol.MC3T3-E1murinetiallyhighandthengraduallydecreasedtoaminimumoverosteoblastcellswereculturedonFGHAandAg
6、-FGHAcoatingtime,whichistheexpecteddissolutionoffunctionallygradedsurfaces,andthenumberofadheredcellsafter1,4,and7coatings.ItisconcludedthatFGHA-Ag1coatingpromoteddayswascounted.Micromanipulationoflivesinglecellswasthehighestdegreeofosteoblastadhesionbecauseofoptimal
