2、的思想以及学习宪法的制度，不同国家宪法学家们针对以往的宪法学相关理论以及研究方法、研究目标重新开始新的反思，指出以及当前社会发展相匹配得宪法学体系的不同设想。本文限于以上背景分析了各个国家第二次世界大战以后宪法的发展趋势，主要包括四个方面的内容：第一部分主要介绍了第二次世界大战以后各个国家宪法发展特点介绍。第二部分主要介绍了第二次世界大战以后以日本为代表的宪法全盘欧美化的国家宪法发展特点。第三部分针对以俄罗斯为代表的前苏联解体后的国家的宪法发展进行了介绍，阐述了第二次世界大战以后的俄罗斯宪法的新发展以及宪法变革。第四部分是分析第二次世界大战以后从殖民中解放出来后受欧
