5、dinadequatevolumeofdevicesforvoltagecontrol;—lowdesignreliabilityoftheactivetransmissionlines;5—outdateddesignofoverheadlines;—useofsomeoutdatedtechnologiesandkindsofnetworkequipmentandcontrolsystems;—lowlevelofautomationofnetworkobjectsandabsenceoffullyautomated
6、substations;—inadequateperformancespecificationandmaintenanceofnetworkfacilities;—highoperatingcosts.Agreatpartoftheinstalledequipmenthasexhaustedstandardizedminimumservicelife.Itshouldbenotedthatdifferentkindsofequipmenthavedifferentload-lives.Ontheaverage,thesu
7、bstationequipmenthasbeenwornoutbyabout40%.RequirementsonreliabilityofthebasefacilitiesarestandardizedonlyinGOST687–78foraccircuitbreakersratedforover1000V.TheGOST687–78StateStandardalsoincludesrequirementsonthemechanicallifeevaluatedintermsofparameterNspecifiedfo
