1、首都师范大学硕士学位论文论我国劳动法学学科的构建姓名：朱茂林申请学位级别：硕士专业：课程与教学论指导教师：夏利民20070430摘要本文分四个部分：第一部分重点是对学科、学科建设的概念做了基本界定，并且在对学科确立所需的要素、学科的分类方法、学科建设的意义和内容做了简要介绍之后，得出了学科确立的两个基本要素是独立的研究对象和独特的知识体系的结论。第二部分和第三部分是本文的重点，主要阐述的是构建劳动法学学科的两个前提条件：一是劳动法学是一门独立的学科；二是社会需要劳动法学学科建设。其中第二部分论述的是劳动法学的学科地位，主要依据学科确立的两个基本要素、法

2、学分支学科划分的标准以及劳动法与民法、经济法的关系，得出劳动法学是一门独立的学科，并且是法学的二级学科：第三部分论述的是构建劳动法学学科的必要性，主要从学科建设的人：-1培养，科学研究、服务社会等角度来谈社会对劳动法学学科建设的需求，并以此得出构建我国劳动法学学科是为了满足社会的迫切需要。第四部分主要是从劳动法学学科的重新定位、学科队伍建设、加强学术交流以及建立劳动法实践能力培养基地这几个方面对如何构建劳动法学学科提出基本设想。关键词：劳动法学：学科；建构abstractThethesisconsistsoffourparts：Partoneelabo
