2、辐射对发育鸡胚晶状体的影响。结果随着发育和辐射剂量的累积,至5d,晶状体纤维发生断裂,至中后期,晶状体上皮和晶状体纤维产生空泡,线粒体空泡化,线粒体嵴消失,内质网数量明显减少并稍肿胀,晶状体纤维细胞之间的细胞连接发生病变,晶状体上皮液体积蓄;组织学观察,皮质混浊程度随辐射累加而加重;10d和孵出2h后晶状体重量显著高于对照组(p<0.05);晶状体水化程度(晶状体湿重减干重再与湿重的比值)显著高于对照组(p<0.05)。结论一定剂量的MPM辐射能够诱导发育鸡胚晶状体显微及超微结构损伤,使其组织形态学发生变化,引发白内障。关键词:手机微波辐射(MPMR);晶状
