1、多层螺旋CT尿路造影对婴幼儿先天性肾输尿管发育异常的诊断价值作者:代燕增,张巧权单位:655000云南曲靖,曲靖市妇幼医院放射科【摘要】目的探讨三聚氰胺奶粉事件超声普查发现肾输尿管不明原因积水扩张后经多层螺旋CT尿路造影检查后找到积水原因,得出影像诊断,分析原因。方法超声筛查均无尿路结石,但肾输尿管不明原因积水扩张,所有病例行多层螺旋CT平扫加IVP后延迟扫描检查加二维及三维重建处理图像诊断分析,15例经手术证实。结果多层螺旋CT诊断53例患儿均为先天性肾输尿管发育异常,其中先天性肾盂输尿管交界处狭窄梗阻22例,先天性巨输尿管6例,双肾盂输尿管重复畸形6例,输尿管囊肿3例,肾盂旁囊肿
2、2例,输尿管憩室1例,下腔静脉后输尿管1例,多囊肾1例,均导致肾输尿管轻、中、重度积水扩张。一侧肾缺如8例,异位肾2例,马蹄肾1例。结论超声筛查诊断为肾输尿管不明原因积水扩张的患儿,多层螺旋CT检查非常必要,可为临床治疗提供指导。多层螺旋CT尿路造影(MSCTU)是诊断泌尿系先天发育异常的理想方法。【关键词】多层螺旋CT;尿路造影;婴幼儿;先天性肾输尿管发育异常Multi-sliceCTurographyininfantswithcongenitalrenaldysplasia DAIYan-zeng,ZHANGQiao-quan.DepartmentofRadiology,Quji
