1、二甲双胍联合妈富隆治疗多囊卵巢综合征临床观察作者：杨丽君,张秋实单位：广东省广州市妇婴医院妇产科，广东广州【摘要】目的：观察二甲双胍联合短效避孕药妈富隆治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的疗效。方法：选择2003～2007年在我院诊治的多囊卵巢综合征患者49例，随机分成两组。研究组25例给予二甲双胍联合妈富隆治疗，对照组24例单给予妈富隆治疗，用药12周（3个周期），观察治疗前后临床表现、性激素、空腹血糖和空腹胰岛素等变化。结果：两组治疗后痤疮明显改善，月经恢复，血LH、T明显下降（P＜0．01），LH／FSH比值降低，空腹血糖无变化。单用妈富隆组体重

2、指数和空腹胰岛素无变化。联合用药组体重指数明显降低，空腹胰岛素下降（P＜0．05），排卵率、妊娠率都较单用妈富隆高，流产率降低。结论：采用二甲双胍联合妈富隆对PCOS进行治疗，能有效降低雄激素水平，改善胰岛素抵抗，疗效优于单用妈富隆。【关键词】多囊卵巢综合征；二甲双胍；妈富隆ClinicalobservationofwomenwithpolycysticovarysyndrometreatedbycombinedMarvelonandMetforminYANGLi-jun，ZHANGQiu-shi(WomenandChildren'sHospita
