5、技术科长机电科长采煤队长第一章概况一、工作面位置及基本情况:我矿xxx上分层回采工作面位于西大皮带巷245米处,该工作面北部为我矿西大皮带巷;南部为本矿旧采采空区;东部为我矿5001工作面;西部为5003工作面。工作面长109米,随着回采的推移,工作面长度会逐渐缩短,最短为106米。工作面地质储量为105000吨。可采储量为88800吨。该工作面所处地表属高山地形,覆盖厚度约为220米,地面无村庄和其它建筑物。该工作面顺槽总长为300米。附工作面示意图1。二、煤层情况根据运输巷、回风巷和开切眼掘进巷道探煤情况推断,工作面内煤层最大厚度为6.69米,最小厚度
6、为5.69米,平均厚度为6.05米,煤层稳定。工作面为单斜构造,煤层走向为北东75º,倾向为北西15º,倾角在4º—5º之间。由5个厚薄不一的分层组成了煤层的全厚,煤层结构较简单,节理明显,煤质坚硬,但只有煤层底部的一分层煤(厚约1.2米)较软,其上部含有0.1—0.2米厚的夹石层。3#煤为黑色-灰黑色,半亮-光亮型煤,玻璃-似金属光泽,条带状结构,层状构造,阶梯状、贝壳状断口,条痕灰黑色,质坚硬,裂隙不发育。三、煤层顶底板情况及水文地质情情况:煤层顶板由伪顶、直接顶和老顶组成,其伪顶为黑色泥岩,约0—0.7米,厚薄不一,硬度较低,性脆易冒落;直接顶为灰白
7、色细砂岩,厚度在9-10米左右,层位稳定致密,性脆,层理发育,属二类顶板;老顶为粉砂岩和泥岩互层,灰黑色,厚度在8-9米以上,不易垮落;煤层底板为10米左右的粉砂岩组成,层位稳定,岩性致密,无冲击地压。附煤层综合柱状图1。-53-煤层底板下部有一含水层,老顶中部有一含水层,含水量不大,工作面上覆岩层厚,地表无裂缝,即使雨季涌水量也不大。本工作面水文地质条件简单,主要的充水源为南部旧采采空区积水,预计回采时最大涌水量3m3/h,正常涌水量2m3/h。但根据5003工作面回采过程中情况分析,涌水量可能还会加大,队组需在进回风巷道低洼处准备水泵进行排水。本工作面
