1、摘耍摘要在经济全球化的环境下，企业为了适应动态的环境，越来越多的企业通过组成企业生态系统共同生产，以整体利益的实现代替个体利益的追求。本文主要对企业生态系统的结构和形成动因、企业生态系统与其他中间组织的比较、企业生态系统中成员关系及企业生态系统的协同进化进行研究。(1)阐述了中间组织的特征及其经济合理性的基础上，从战略目标、企业边界、协作机制、连接纽带等方面对战略联盟、企业集团、虚拟企业、企业集群和企业生态系统等中间组织进行了深入系统的比较分析，明确了不同形式中l’订j组织的异同，为企业选择适合于自己的中问组织形式开展经营活动提供理论依据。(2)阐述了企业生态系统的形成机制，分析

2、企业生态系统形成的内在原因以及促使他不断发展、演化的动力。在比较企业生态系统与自然生态系统的基础上，根据企业生态系统的起源并结合分工与协作、环境变化的形成条件，导出企业生态系统形成本质原因，并归纳企业生态系统形成过程。(3)根据企业在企业生态系统中的地位划分为核心企业、缝隙企业与辅助企业。并利用博弈论中的“囚徒困境”模型、动态博弈模型、伯特兰德寡头模型阐述了企业生态系统中核心企业、缝隙企业、消费者、辅助企业之间的关系。总结各结点企业合作的益处，只有各企业进行合作才有利于整个生态系统的发展与进化，并且各节点企业也会实现各自的利益最大化，从而有利于实现各节点企业以及整个企业生态系统的
