3、ngalgorithmsofreal-timespeedandotherrelatedones．Thepurposeofthissubjectistoimprovethedetectingmethodsofreal-timespeedandprovidemoreefficientreferencestoincreasetheautomaticandmodernizingtrafficmanagementlevels．Thispaperfocusesondevelopingaflexibleandreliablesystemtodetectthereal—timespeedofthe

4、trafficflowparametersthroughimagesequences．Thevehicledetectionisbasedontheroadway，whichsetsavirtuallineandavirtual-looparea,liketheinductiveloopsensor，todetectthetrafficflowparameters．Thekeyideaofthesystemisconvertingthe2-dimensionaldigitalimageto1-dimensionaldetectionsignalbyvirtualdetectionl
