4、andtheoryanalysis.AseriesofdopedZnW04lasercrystalsweregrownbyCzochralskimethod,containingseriesofEu:ZnW04,Nd:ZnW04andTm:ZnW04lasercrystals.Andthen,allthecrystalswereoriented,cutandpolishedintosamples.ThecrystalstructuresofdopedZnW04crystalswerecharacterized.AccordingtotheresultsofX·raydif
