2、表面温度进行测量,并对外部结露的发生部位、结露过程进行观测和分析。试验表明,有杆腔侧元件表面温度降低并出现结露,无杆腔侧元件温度升高无结露出现;外部结露在开始阶段是细小的珠状凝结并不断长大,最后形成膜状凝结,并在重力作用下形成水滴沿壁面流下。对影响结露的因素进行研究。在各种因素中,环境湿度越大、负载越大及充放气周期越短,结露越严重。结露一般会在若干分钟内就会出现,应该采取必要的防护措施,以避免外部结露的发生。关键词:气动系统外部结露判别方法凝结影响因素中图分类号:TH138StudyonPrincipleandExperimentofE

5、oadisconductedtomeasurethetemperatureofcomponentssurface,toobserveandanalyzethepositionandprocessofexternalcondensationintheenvironmentofconstanttemperatureandhumidity.Experimentalresultsillustratetheexternalcondensationappearswithdecreasingofthetemperatureofcomponentssu
6、rfaceinrodchamberside,anditcannotexistasincreaseofthetemperatureofcomponentssurfaceinnorodchamberside.Thesmalldropwisecondensationisproducedinthebeginningofexternalcondensation,anditgrowstobefilmcondensationandthenittlkrnsintowaterdropfallingalongcomponentsurfaceunderthe
7、actionofgravity.ThroughanalyzingthefactorsthatafectcondensatiOn,theconclusionCanbemadethatthecondensationismoreseriouswithmorehumidenvironment,heavier1oadandshorterperiodofcharginganddischarging.Furthermore,theprotectivemeasureshouldbeemployedtoavoidexternalcondensation,
