2、政政策作为支撑。我国正处在全面建设小康社会、构建社会主义和谐社会进程当中，在此情况下，需要进一步研究支持我国义务教育发展的财政政策，更好地发挥义务教育在推进社会进步中的重要作用。义务教育政府投入总量不足，近年来，财政性教育经费占GDP的比例虽然连续几年增长，但与发达国家甚至发展中国家的投入水平仍相距甚远。本文着眼于我国义务教育的财政政策，主要阐述了当前我国义务教育财政政策的现状，分析了义务教育与财政政策二者之间的关系，以及针对现有的财政不足的情况，提出了自己对于我国义务教育财政政策的建议，希望对我国义务教育的健康发展有一些帮助，使我国义务教育的实施更加完善，为祖国发展培
