1、桥梁建设2012年第42卷第1期(总第211期)BridgeConstruction,Vo1.42,No.1,2012(TotallyNo.211)文章编号:1003—4722(2012)01—0113—05金山铁路黄浦江特大桥施工监控宋胜录,伍小平,李茂兴(1.上海建工集团股份有限公司技术中心,上海200431;2.上海市基础工程有限公司,上海200433)摘要:上海金山铁路支线改造工程黄浦江特大桥为4x112m下承式简支钢桁梁桥,主桥采用悬臂拼装+辅助临时支架施工。该桥悬臂施工风险大,为确保施工安全,对主要构件施工过程中的应力、位移、反力等参数进行监控。采用MIDASCivil20
2、06软件建立空间模型,通过现场实测数据与理论数据对比分析可知:施工过程中大部分测点的实测应力小于理论应力,满足安全要求;由于节点板局部刚度影响,实际刚度较理论计算刚度大15左右;在最大悬臂工况下,实测位移小于理论位移,最大偏差达10mm;所有支撑反力均控制在3000kN以内,保证了悬臂施工过程中临时支撑的安全。关键词:铁路桥;桁架桥;悬臂拼装架桥;应力;位移;反力;桥梁施工;施工监控中图分类号:U448.211;U445.4文献标志码:AConstructionMonitoringandControlofHuangpuRiverBridgeonJinshanRailwaySONGShe

5、cessweremonitoredandcontrolled.ThesoftwareMIDASCivil2006wasusedtosetupthespatialmodelsanditwasfoundfromthecomparisonandanalysisofthefieldmeasuredandtheoreticdatathatintheconstructionprocess,themeasuredstressac—quiredatmostofthemeasurementpointswaslessthanthetheoreticstressandcouldmeetthesafetyre
