2、钻具、个性化钻头和高效堵漏等降本增效技术的研究和实践,并利用学习曲线法对关键技术进行了持续优化,形成了煤层气低成本高效钻井技术。延川南煤层气区块808口井采用了煤层气低成本高效钻井技术,优质高效地完成了产能建设任务,其中平均单井钻井周期较产能建设前缩短3O.3以上,机械钻速提高了51.6以上。研究与实践表明,煤层气开发时应用“井工厂”钻井模式能够显著控制钻井成本,提高开发效率,实现煤层气有效开发。关键词:煤层气丛式井井工厂钻井学习曲线机械钻速中图分类号:TE249文献标志码:A文章编号:1001—0890(2015)05—0069—06
