3、rgenttaskstoestablishfinancialcrisisalarmingsystemoffinancialaffairstoguardagainsttheemergenceoffinancialcrisis．Supportvectormachineisanewlearningmachine，anditisbasedonthestatisticslearningtheoryandattractstheattentionofallresearchers．Recently,thesupportvectormachine(SVM)hasbeenappliedtotheproblemo

4、ffinancialearly-warningprediction．TheSVM-basedmethodhasbeencomparedwitllotherstatisticalmethodsandhasshowngoodresults．Buttheparametersofthekernelfunctionwhichinfluencetheresultandperformanceofsupportvectormachinehavenotbeendecided．Basedongeneticalgorithms，thispaperproposesanewscientificmethodtoauto

5、maticallyselecttheparametersofSVMforfinancialearly-warningmodel．Accordingtotheanalysisofthedemonstration，theforecastprecisionofwarningmodeloffinancialcI'isisbasedongeneticalgorithmsandevolutionarysupportvectormachineishigh，andanyspecialhypothesisarenotneededinthismethod．Inaddition,explanationofsome
