1、哈尔滨工业大学L商管理硕十学位论文摘要近年来，国有商业银行资产质量差、经营效益低下的问题越来越引起社会各界的关注。导致国有商业银行经营困难的原因是多方面，而业务结构单一、存贷业务占比过大是其中一个重要的原因。发展中间业务是国有商业银行实现多元化经营、改善经营效益、摆脱经营困境的重要途径，同时也是我国资本市场和金融市场不断完善的客观需要，更是国有商业银行提高自身竞争实力，应对外资银行竞争的要求。本文以中国工商银行黑龙江省分行营业部(以下简称省工行营业部)为对象，结合定性分析与定量分析，在一般分析的基础上

2、，针对省工行营业部中间业务发展现状进行了深入的调查研究，进而找出了导致该行中间业务发展缓慢、同业竞争处于劣势的原因。通过对各类中间业务品种未来发展的外部机会、威胁，内部竟争优势、劣势的剖析，借鉴国外商业银行中间业务发展的先进经验，同时以相关的理论研究成果为指导，提出了省工行营业部中间业务发展规划和重点业务的发展模式，并进一步得出了提高中间业务管理水平、实施差异化的营销策略、建立有效的风险防范机制、营造有利于中间业务发展的良好的外部环境是省工行营业部发展中间业务的对策。本文力图为省工行营业部改善中间业务
