7、nalArrangement最优银行规制制度研究第一章导论本项研究是从规制经济学的角度研究银行规制的起源与演进，提出最优银行规制的理论分析框架。以期对转型经济中的中国银行规制制度作出一个尝试性解释。本文分为两个部分。第一部分首先是围绕银行规制的基本问题一一为什么要对银行实行规制，就规制经济学的一般理论和银行规制理论主要流派作了文献回顾和评析。其次是运用古典经济学和演进博弈工具分析了银行规制的一般均衡与动态博弈，银行规制的演进与起源。运用契约理论和信息经济学构建了最优银行规制理论分析框架，提出了最优银行规
