3、ongguan523142,China)Abstract：Hierarchicalstructureisoneofthethreestructuresinurbanagglomerations，reflectingthevariationofcitiesinscaleaswellasconcentrationordispersionoftheurbanpopulation，anditisofhelpforunderstandingthephaseofurbanagglomerations．The“3+5”cityclusterisregarde

4、dasthetrialzoneof’thetwo—typesociety”ofthecountry，itmustbemadebiggerandmorepowerful，inordertorealizeenrichingthepeople，buildinguptheprovinceandthescientificspanningdevelopment．ThispapermakesademonstrationaboutthegradingscalestructureoftheChangsha—Zhuzhou-Xiangtan“3+5”CityClu

5、ster(hereinafterreferredtoas“3+5”CityCluster)inHunanprovincewiththeuseoffractaltheoriesandmethods．Itisfoundthatthisregionexhibitsacity-sizedistributionfollowingtherank-sizerule．Basedonthefractaltheory,theanthorsmakeananalysisonthesizedistributionof“3+5”CityCluster．Conclusion

6、shavebeendrawnbycaculatingdimensionsofurbansystemoverthepastseveralyearsin“3+5”citycluster：“3+5”citycluster’sscaledistributionwithfactalcharacteristics．Tllisdistributionseriouslyaffectstheexertingofradiariyactionoftheprimatecity．Itcouldbeconcludedthroughthemodelsthatthegradi
