1、华东理工大学硕士学位论文第1页基于!nternet的第三方物流平台研究摘要随着电子商务时代的到来以及全球经济一体化的趋势，物流业的发展进入了生产、销售、物流一体化时期，呈现出信息化、网络化、智能化的新趋势。第三方物流是一种新的物流运作模式，它的充分发育和完善是实现物流一体化的基础，它对于降低企业产品的成本和库存，实现对整个供应链的优化与控制有着重大意义。本文提出了基于工nternet的第三方物流平台的概念，设计了物流平台的系统框架结构、功能模块及基于MobileAgent技术的第三方物流平台工作模式，并设计了一种MobileAgent的安全

2、认证机制。对于物流平台配送车辆优化调度问题，建立了带时间窗约束的车辆调度问题的数学模型，设计了一种模型求解的基于自然数编码的遗传算法，并用Matlab编程求解了一个应用实例，实验证明了算法的可行性及相对于其它算法的优越性。对于物流平台库存控制问题，建立了多级库存系统的数学模型，设计了一种利用经济订货批量原理，在使得系统总的库存成本最低的条件下，确定各库存点最佳订货批量、最佳订货周期、订货提前期的多级库存控制策略，并用该策略求解了一个具体实例，从而证明了策略的有效性。关键词:Internet第三方物流平台车辆优化调度遗传算法多级库存控制丫Z，
