2、量与联盟合同完备度、股权治理模式选择之间出现了很多反常现象，表现出一一种交易成本增加与减少对联盟控制机制影响的“非对称性”。我们认为，其中很可能的原因在于，我国转轨经济背景下，社会整体信用环境的缺失带来的企业组织问整体“信任”水平较低。此外，就联盟过程中(事后)治理行为的差异而言，我们发现不同参与联盟的企业所有制类型以及联盟的治理模式都会一定程度带来治理行为上的显著差异。第四，联盟建立后信任不仅与事前的一些结构性因素正向相关，也依赖于联盟过程中各种治理行为加以改善。仅仅注意“静态”的事前结构性变量
