3、deas,andfacedwithproductlifecycle.DFSSisaneffectivemeasureforenterprisestostrengthenthecompetitiveness.However,amainproblemislackofanalysisstudytocustomerrequirementsacquiring,transformationandmanagementforchinaenterprisestoimplementeDFSS.Basedonthisprob
4、lem,studyonthekeytechnologyofcustomerrequirementsanalysisinDFSSisanimportantproblem.Thispapermakesfurthersystematicstudyonit.Themaincontentisasfollows:Firstly,thispaperexpoundsthesurroundingcharactersofChineseenterprisesandtheimportantofproductplanningan
5、ddesign.Inthemeantime,itsummarizestheinterrelatedtheoriesonproductplanninganddesigninacademeandthengivestheresearchsignificance.Secondly,themethodofacquiringcustomerrequirementsisstudiedsystematicallyunderthenewenvironmentinthisdissertation.Theactualstat
6、eofresearchonandapplicationofdataminingandWEBminingareanalyzedindetail.AnprototypesofacquiringcustomerrequirementsbasedonWEB2.0datasourceisstudied.TheVoiceofCustomers(VOC)clusteringanalysismodelbasedonc-meansmethodisbuilt.ARoughSetstheory-basedmethodford
7、eterminingimportanceofcustomerrequirementsisproposed,inwhichtheconceptofentropyisintroducedforcustomerrequirementscompetitiveanalysis.Thirdly,itisessentialtotransformthefuzzycustomerrequirementsintothequantitativeanddesign-orientedengineeringindices.Fort
