2、rapuretechnologyproblem,butinfluencedlargelybythecharacteristicsofnationalculture.Thedissertationattemptstorecovertherelationshipbetweencharacteristicsofnationalcultureandresourcesintegrationmodelfromtheperspectiveofculturalevolution.Thiswillhelpsupplychainenterprisesselecttherightresourcesintegra
3、tionmodeltoattaincompetitiveadvantage。Firstly,dynamicmechanismofculturalevolutionisproposedfromtheperspectiveofevolutionarytheory.BasedonthecomparativestudyofthecharacteristicsofnationalcultureamongAmerica,JapanandChina,fourevolutiontypesofChinesenational-organizationalculturearedividedaccordingto
4、Hofstede’SculturaldimensiontheoryandQuinn’SCompetingValuesFramework.Secondly,thedissertationpresentstheconceptsofresourceandresourcesintegrationbasedonRBT(Resource-BasedTheory).TherelationshipbetweenevolutionarycharacteristicsofChinesenational—organizationalcultureandenterpriseresourcesintegration
5、isanalyzedbyusingsoftsystemCATWOEanalysis.Thisdissertationestablishestheevolutionarygamemodelofsupplychainenterpriseresourcesintegrationundertheconditionoforganizationalelements,andanalyzesitsdynamicevolutionprocess.Then,thedissertationpresentstheconceptualframeworkontherelationshipbetweencultural
6、elementsandsupplychainenterpriseresourcesintegrationmodels(RIMs).Andthelatter,dividedbypropertyrightsofresources,notfirmboundary,asinternalresourcesintegrationmodel(IRIM)andexternalresourcesintegrationmodel(ERIM),ispresentedasbeingspecificindifferentculturalcontexts.Wealsoexplorethepolymerizationa
