1、石油机械2016年第44卷第2期CHINAPETROLEUMMACHINERY—23—◀钻井技术与装备▶∗扎哈泉致密油水平井钻井技术对策胡贵李令东刘新云于文华石李保孟庆昆徐鹏(中国石油勘探开发研究院)摘要:为提高致密油总体开发效益,青海油田部署了第1口致密油水平井,但钻井周期较长,影响水平井规模开发进程。分析认为该水平井周期长的关键问题是造斜段水平段滑动比例高,机械钻速低,表现在地层较硬、设计造斜率偏高、轨迹不光滑以及定向托压方面。通过技术优化,提出了相关技术对策:每30m设计造斜率降低至5°以下,保证造斜段滑动比例在70%以下;优化水平段复合钻井稳斜钻具为单弯螺
2、杆双稳定器钻具组合;优选造斜段水平段钻头为5~6刀翼13~16mm、双排切削齿、平缓曲线冠部形状、小外锥高度、小保径长度以及大后倾角(20°~30°)高效PDC钻头;强化钻井液润滑性,控制直井段每30m狗腿度在0?5°、水平段每30m狗腿度在2°以内摩阻扭矩控制措施;提升排量至30L/s、转速维持在30~40r/min、提高钻井液动切力和塑性黏度比值至0?5以上等井眼清洁措施。技术对策经现场应用后,造斜段机械钻速提高2?6倍,水平井段机械钻速提高1?0倍,收到了预期效果。关键词:水平井;井眼轨迹;摩阻;造斜率;定向钻井;复合钻井;螺杆钻具;扎哈泉中图分类号:TE2
