2、直井段、二开斜井段和三开水平段都能一趟钻完成,达到钻井提速的目的,制定了一系列技术措施:针对红河油田地层研磨性强、稳定性差的特点,根据该油田的地层可钻性级值,选出了适合不同井段的PDC钻头,采用能保证井壁稳定且对储层伤害程度低的钾铵基钻井液;根据该油田的实钻经验及现有技术水平,对井身结构、井身剖面进行了优化;针对二开直井段和定向井段机械钻速的情况,二开采用“PDC钻头+螺杆+MwD'’的复合钻井技术。9口井的现场应用表明,一开直井段、二开直井段、二开斜井段和三开水平段都能一趟钻完成,起下钻次数明显减少,
