5、tersupplyoperatorshaveobtainedandmerge．boughtinsuccessionnumberofwaterprojectsinOurcountryatpricesgreatlyexceedingtheevaluatedvalueofnetassetsofwatersupplyenterprises．Theseprojectsweretriggeredwithbigsurpriseandweredeemedas“highpremium”．Themainpurposeofthisstudyistoprovideoperatingandpracticali
