4、stasfollow:(1)Duringthedetectiontomovingtarget,especiallytheimagecapturedfromdynamicenvironment(particularlyvideofromthetrafficscene)wouldbeaffectedtoacertainextentbyvariousaspects,forinstancethechangesinweatherandlightconditionswhichwillresultindegradationofimage.Thispa
