3、eeavesoftraditionalKoreanpagodas—adesignthemeechoedbothinthegeometryoftheBusinessDistrictbuildingskinandthejuttingcanopiesatthetowers’base.Thethemeisextendedinthebuildingskin,whichsuggeststhescalesoffishandKoreanmythicalcreaturessuchasdragons,whichseemtodancearoundthecore—hencetheFUN
4、CTIONMixed-useproject’sname.(Yongsan,thenameoftheoveralldevelopment,means“DragonHill”inKorean.)DancingDragons’scale-likeskinisalsoaperformativeelement.GapsbetweenitsoverlappingpanelsfeatureFACTS450moperable600mmventsthroughwhichaircancirculate,makingtheskin“breathable”likethatofcert
