1、清洁&检验规程（Rev.B）一、目的Thisistheguidelineforfabrication,cleaning,inspectionandpackingofequipments，pipingandinstrumentstoavoidanypossiblecontaminationfromfabricationtoinstallationofequipments，thatis，itistosecurecleaningconditionofcontactpartswithprocessliq

2、uidintheend.Thecontrolfactorsareoiliness，rust，organicmattersandothermatterswhichcanbeinfluencedtodegreeofpurity，thecleaningshouldnotgiveanyinfluencetooriginalcharacteristicofequipmentswhicharecleaned.这是设备、管道及仪表的制造、清洗、检测及包装操作规程，以防止设备从制造到安装污染；也就是说，最终工艺的接触部件保证是清

3、洁状态。控制因素为油质、铁锈、有机物质和影响纯度的其他物质，所进行的清洁方式不对所清洗设备的原来特性造成影响。二、应用范围Thisguidelineisappliedtoallequipmentswhicharecontactedwithprocessfluid.本准则适用于与工艺相关的所有设备。三、清洁规程Thisguidelinerulesallcleaningprocedureswhichwillbeperformedbeforeal
