4、on,yieldcomponentsofjaponicarice(Dongnong428,Songjing10andLongdao7)incoldGregionduringgrainGfillingstage,aswellastherelationshipsbetweenthechangesinkeyenzymesactivitiesrelatedtostarchsynthesisandstarchcompositionundercoldGwaterstress.Theresultsshowedthatcomparedwiththecontrol,solublestarchsynth
5、ase(SSS)activityandstarchbranchingenzyme(SBE)activitydecreased,aswellasthetotalstarchcontentsandamylopectincontent,whiletheamylosecontentincreasedunder17℃coldGwaterstressduringgrainGfillingstage.Accordingtothecorrelationanalysis,theactivitiesofsolublestarchsynthase(SSS)andstarchbranchingenzyme(
6、SBE)weresignificantlycorrelatedwithgrainstarchaccumulation,playinganequallyimportantroleinthechangesofstarchanditscomponentcontents.Meanwhile,thegrainnumberperpanicle,thousandseedweightandseedsettingrateweresignificantlyreducedduringgrainGfillingstage.Theamplitudeofvariationforeveryindicatorinc
7、reasedgraduallywithlengtheningcoldGwatertreatmenttime.TheindicatorsrelatedtotheyieldcomponentsofjaponicariceincoldGregionvariedwithcoldGwaterstressdurationandcanbeusedfortheidentificationofcoldresistance.Accordingtotheindexesunder
