5、s(zeronitrogenapplication,CK;theratioofbasalNfertilizertotopdressingNfertrGlizerforpanicleinitiation1∶1,N5G5;NfertilizerasbasalfertilizerN10G0)ontheoccurrenceofwhiteGbellyandwhiteGcoregrainsaswellasgrainchemicalcomponents.TheresultsshowedthatNitrogenapplicationsignif
6、icantlyincreasedthepercentagesofwhiteGbellyandwhiteGcoregrainsandthelatterwasmoresusceptibletonitrogenapplication.AverGagedacrossnitrogentreatments,WBRKproducedgrainswithsimilarchemicalcompositionincomparisonwiththoseofcontrol.Bycontrast,WCRKhadhighertotalstarch,amyl
7、oseandamylopectincontents.Also,nitrogenapplicationimGprovedricemillingquality.ComparedtoCK,ricegrainsfromWBRKshowedsignificantlyelevatedcontentsofstorageproteinsexceptforalbuminasnitrogentopdressingrateincreased,whilericegrainsfromWCRKcontainedsignificantlyhigherleve
