1、中图分类号:G643.0单位代码:11414学号:2014214559题目多通道成品油管道计划编制方案研究专业或领域石油与天然气工程研究方向油气储运工程专业硕士生任泽指导教师梁永图教授现场导师郭庭泽高级工程师二○一七年五月摘要摘要近年来,随着我国成品油管道拓扑结构日趋复杂,相互交汇的成品油管道调度问题日益受到人们的关注。本文以多通道成品油管道为研究对象,分析了制定调度计划时涉及到的主要问题,以各管道沿线站场对批次的实际卸载量与需求量的偏差最小为目标,在考虑水力、流量、物料平衡、批次注入、批次分输、批次运移、管道节点等约束的基础上,基于连续分输和集中分输
2、两种工艺,建立了多通道成品油管道调度计划编制模型,应用遗传算法对模型进行求解,确定各条管道的输入/卸载计划。优化模型以华北成品油管道为算例,对比模拟数据和现场数据,具体分析成品油管道内部油品批次运移情况以及产生误差的主要因素。基于C#语言编写内核算法,采用python语言开发多通道成品油管道调度计划编制软件。软件主要实现电子管道建模、自动编制调度计划、数据存储与维护三个主要功能。模拟结果符合现场要求,计算误差小,验证了软件的可靠性。关键词:多通道;成品油管道;调度计划;分输工艺;调度软件IABSTRACTStudyontheSchedulingPlan
