1、内蒙古医学院硕士研究生学位论文(2009年)中文摘要目的探讨过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体PPAR一-/2基因Prol2Ala多态性及其共激活子PGC—h基因Gly482Ser多态性与蒙古族高血压的关系方法选取蒙古族高血压病人182例(男80例,女102例),蒙古族正常对照245例(男67例,女178例)o采用聚和酶链反应限制性片段长度多态性(PCR一砒、LP)技术检测不同组别PPAR一记基因Prol2Ala多态性以及PGC-la基因Gly482Ser多态性,并用直接测序法加以证实。结果(1)内蒙古地区蒙古族人群中,高血压病患者与健康对照者PPAR一坦基因Pr
