1、山西医科大学硕士毕业论文超声检测中青年脂肪肝患者的血管舒张功能中文摘要目的:1.观察脂肪肝患者肱动脉加压前后内径变化,以了解其肱动脉内皮依赖性舒张功能有无改变:2.探讨FMD技术在脂肪肝早期诊断中的临床应用价值。方法:1.选择69名研究对象,所有研究对象均进行体格检查,通过CDFI超声及化验结果分为三组:脂肪肝组20名(I组),伴高血脂的脂肪肝组24名(II组)及正常对照组25名(III组)。2.采用血管回声跟踪技术(echoTracking,以下简称ET)基础上实现的血流介导的血管舒张功能(Flow-mediatedvaSodilation,以下简称FMD
2、)检测技术,对患者肱动脉进行动态观察,记录肱动脉内径变化,通过计算反应性充血试验诱发的肱动脉内径百分变化率,即FMD,其计算公式FMD(%)=[(反应性充血后肱动脉内径一基础状态肱动脉内径)/基础状态肱动脉内径]×100%,来评价血管内皮依赖性舒张功能。结果:1.三组研究对象一般资料及实验结果差异无统计学意义(P>O.05);脂肪肝组与对照组之间(TC、TG、HDL—C、LDL—C)即血脂差异无统计学意义(P>O.05);伴高脂组(TC、TG、HDL—C、LDL—C)明显高于另两组(P<0.01)。2.三组研究对象肱动脉基础内径差异无统计学意义(P>0.05
