1、硕十学位论文中文摘要摘要目的:检测类风湿关节炎(RheumatoidArthritis,RA)患者血清和外周血单核细胞(peripheralbloodmononuclearcells,PBMCs)血管内皮生长因子(VascularEndothelialGrowthFacter,VEGF)表达,观察沙利度胺(Thalidomide,THD)对PBMCsVEGF表达的影响,探讨THD治疗RA的可能机制。方法:抽取RA患者及正常人外周静脉血,ELISA法测定血清VEGF含量,密度梯度离心法获得PBMCs,RT-PCR检测PBMCsVEGFmRNA表达。MTT法检测THD对RA患者PBMCs的增殖抑
