2、eventiveMedicine,NorthChinaCoalMedicalMedicineHebei,Tangshan063000,Heibei,China)【摘要】背景与目的:_r解某市交通废气污染现状,探讨交通废气污染对交警染色体的损伤作用,为机动车辆的管理及保护职业人群提供科学依据。材料与方法:根据某市交通路Lj的分布情况,选择有代表性的路口进行环境监测。监测项日为车流量、可吸入颗粒物(1nhalep.dne,ll’)、氮氧化物(Nitrogenoxides,NOx)、一氧化碳(Carbonmonoxide,c())、烃类(Hydrocarbond,CmHn)
3、。对196名外勤交警(外勤警)、148名内劫交警(内勤警)的健康状况进行问卷调查,并从龄≥5年者中随机抽取外勤警65名、内勤警49名测其外周血淋巴细胞姐妹染色单体交换频率(Sisterchromatic)及微核(Mieronucleus,MN)率。结果:各环境监测点CO、NOx、C⋯HIP的浓度高于对照点,差别有菩性;外勤警SCE牢均高于内勤警,T龄越长,SCE率越高。内、外勤警中吸烟者SCE率、MN率均高于不吸烟者,差别有显著性。结论:某市交通路口交通废气污染严重,CO、NO严重超标,长期暴露于交通废气污染可引起染色体损伤,吸烟可加重对外勤警的染色体损伤。【关键词】
