3、helpingthevarioustransmittingagents,typicallymobileagents,tonegotiateandmostefficientlyusesuchavailablebandwidth.CognitiveRadioisconsideredasoneofthekeycandidatesforfourthgeneration(4G)wirelesstechnology[1];thefieldof‘cognitiveradio’wasconsideredtohavebeenlaunchedwiththe200
