1、摘要广州市登记在案的视障人士已经超过六万人，视障人群已经成为社会工作实践中服务对象的组成部分。在社工实际服务中发现，后天视障人士面临着生活适应性不良及自我效能感低下等困境。而一线社工也迫切需要一种有效提高后天视障人士自我效能感的工作方法，帮助后天视障人士提高对自我能力的掌握与控制，有助于他们适应生活。因此在以家庭综合服务中心为平台的基础上，研究中运用残障社会工作领域较少用的叙事治疗介入后天视障人士个案，通过前后测问卷结果比对得出了叙事治疗对后天视障人士有适用性以及对提升后天视障人士自我效能感有所帮助的结论，并总结归纳服务中的实际运用技巧与不足，为以后相关
