2、统是现代企业管理的重中之重。企业人力资源管理系统既能提高企业人力资源管理的技术含量，还能提高企业的工作效率，也能让人力资源管理更加现代化、决策科学化。本系统采用了B/S模式、MVC设计思想、先进的MyEclipse2014开发工具和Oracle11g数据库进行设计。使用Java语言开发出一个界面友好、功能全面、操作简单的企业人力资源管理系统。本文研究人力资源管理系统的主要内容有：员工信息管理、奖惩管理、培训管理、工资管理、部门管理、通讯录管理。本系统的开发目标是人力资源管理的业务逻辑用来实现高效化、智能化，帮助企业
