1、摘要随着城市经济的发展，城市物流中心的选址研究成为管理学的前沿课题；深入地研究城市物流中心的选址问题，具有重要的理论意义和应用价值。本文基于管理学、物流学、运筹学，对城市物流中心(包括虚拟物流中心)的概念、功能、选址策略等方面，进行了系统理论分析与实证研究。本文主要研究内容如下：根据当前城市物流中心选址研究存在的问题，论述了城市物流中心的定义、分类、规划程序，分析了城市物流中心选址的一般方法，并对不同类型的城市物流中心，按照其特点，给出相应的选址策略。研究了竞争条件下的物流中心选址决策问题。以获取

2、最大市场占有量为目标，研究了产品(或物流服务)无差别和有差别时的不同选址决策；以获取客户效用最大化为目标，研究了新增物流中心的选址决策问题。针对这两种情况，分别建立模型，进行实验、计算与分析。研究了动态的物流中心选址决策问题。运用动态规划，研究了各时段的物流成本变化条件下的选址决策问题。使用改进的P．中值模型分别建立未来物流中心数目不确定或客户需求随着时间变化而变化情况下的物流中心选址决策模型，并进行了实验、计算与分析。对虚拟物流中心进行了全面分析。从虚拟物流中心的产生和发展过程出发，详细分析数字
