1、摘要j我国国有企业股份制经济发展仅有十余年的历史，和西方发达国家股任展较为成熟化相比，国有企业股份制改造和经济运行还存在许多不足与问翘鉴西方发达国家先进的股份制理论和实务，并联系中国的客观现实来分析。L我国国有企业股份制改造和运行是一项长期重要而艰巨的任务孑本文研究对象是中国国有企业的股份制改造和其经济运行。全文在收算数据和案例的基础上，采用定性分析与定量分析相结合的研究方法，分别取股改和运行两方面进行探讨，目的是发现当前国企股改过程和经济运行中轲表性的问题，并寻求其解决途径和方法，以此深刻了解我国国企股份制改牟展的客观现实和前景。全文从内容上与结构上可划分为五部分：第一
