1、摘要1996年，联合国教科文组织(U她SCO)在开展“地质公园计划”可行性研究时提出了地质公园(Geopark)这一新名词。地质公园是一种以具有特殊科学意义、稀有性和美学观赏价值的地质遗迹为主体，并融合其他自然景观、人文景观组合而成的特殊区域，是以保护地质遗迹、开展科学旅游、普及地球科学知识、促进地方经济、文化和自然环境的可持续发展为宗旨而建立的一种自然公园。国家地质公园则是根据地质公园中所包含地质遗迹的典型性、珍稀性、美学性及科学性等，按其是否具有极高的科学价值或者国家级意义的重要地位，而在全国范围内择优选取得予以优先保护和开发的地质公

2、园区域。目前我国国家地质公园建设已具有一定规模，随着国家地质公园“量"的不断扩大，如何提高国家地质公园的“质"，已经成为一个不可忽视的问题。一套完整、科学的评价体系的建立，不仅对国家地质公园的选拔、建立有着科学的指导作用，而且对地质遗迹的保护与开发工作起着促进作用。本文通过对我国现有国家地质公园进行研究，运用层次分析法(APH)、德尔菲法(Delphi)及模糊赋值法等，建立了一个相对科学、合理的国家地质公园评价体系，并利用所建的国家地质公园评价体系对陕西省的两处国家地质公园进行了评价，结果表明该评价体系具有一定的实用性及科学性。同时通过分
