2、theecologicalenvironmentandhumanbody,suchastoxiceffectsorpotentialhealthhazardtoanimalliver,thyroid,reproductivityanddevelopment,neurologyandimmunesystemsandSOon.Inrecentyears,PBDEshavebeendetectedinvariousenvironmentalmediaandlivingorganisms,alsoinhumanfatandbrea
3、stmilkfordifferentconcentrationlevels.Sofar,BDE一47(2,2’,4,4’-tetrapolybrominateddiphenylether)iscurrentlythemostwidelydistributed,thehighestconcentrationsofbiologicalsamples,oneofthemosttoxicpolybrominateddiphenylethercongenersinlivingorganismsandhumanbeings,thusp
4、hotochemicalreactionisthemaindegradationpathwayofBDE47intheenvironment.Therefore,itisofgreatsignificancetostudythephotochemicalreactionofBDE47anditsDNAdamagetoxicity.Theworkofthispaperconsistsoftwoparts:ThefirstpartisthephotochemicalreactionstudiesofBDE47.BDE47sam
5、pleispreparedinourlab.,andthephotochemicalreactionsofitwereconductedin4differentsolventsandacetonitrilewithtwokindsofadditives,respectiBDE47infourreactionandphotolyacetonitrile>DMSO>methan01.ThereiSaninversecorrelationbetweenphotolysisrateandsolventpolarity,theles
6、spolarsolventsfavorBDE47photolysisreaction.PhotodegradationrateBDE47decreasedintheacetonitrileaddingCuOandCu20,indicatingthatoxidantandreductantarenegativetotheoccurrencephotolysis.ThephotolysisreactionBDE47ismainlyconsecutivedebrominationreaction,producinganumber
7、lower-brominateddiphenylethers,theabundancephotoproductsinvarioussolventsreflectthesolventeffecttothephotodissociationpathway.ThesecondpartisBDE47’SDNAdamagetoxicitystudies.Inthisstudy,cytotoxicitymicelymphocytesinducedbyBDE47andits’photoproductsistestbysinglecell
