1、摘要建立厂网分开、竞价上网的发电侧开放电力市场是中国电力市场建设的第一步。其中，调度部门在“三公”—公平、公正、公开原则下，协调发电与供用电双方的实时交易，保证电力系统的安全和稳定，成为电力系统商业化运营的关键环节。木论文在综合研究国内外电力市场发展状况的基础上，结合我国国家跨区电网商业化运营实际情况，深入研究了开放发电市场条件下的跨区电网间的实时交易理论，提出了适宜我跨区电网的实时交易模式和我国国家电力市场运营模式，是对我国实时跨区交易模式的有益探讨。关键字:电力市场;实时交易;经济运行;安全运行AbstractItisthe
