1、摘要摘要随着经济的高速发展以及人口的快速增长，北京资源供给能力和承载能力，已经无法满足传统经济发展模式下的需求。因而，推动产业结构科学、合理地优化升级，走循环经济模式下的平稳、可持续发展道路，是北京经济持续、健康、高效发展的必然选择。本文结合北京的功能定位、资源、生态环境等实际情况，对北京产业结构进行分析研究，并提出北京产业结构优化调整的建议。本文首先在系统地梳理循环经济和产业结构相关理论的基础上，系统分析了基于循环经济的产业结构特点和优势。其次，采用定量分析与定性分析相结合的方法，对循环经济视角下北京的产业结构现状，调整的必要性及影响因素进行了分析。基于循

2、环经济视角，构建了北京产业结构优化模型，参考《北京统计年鉴》等资料中的相关数据，对北京的产业结构进行了实证分析，据此对优化模型进行了修正。最后结合前文分析的结果，提出北京产业结构优化调整的建议，形成具有持续发展潜力的合理产业结构，实现北京循环经济下的可持续发展。关键词：循环经济：产业结构；调整；建议摘要AbstractWiththerapideconomicdevelopmentandtheincreasinggrowthofpopulation，Beijing'sresourcesupplyandcarryingcapacitycannotmeetther
