1、摘要摘要随着科学技术和因民经济的快速发展,各种工业生产对电力系统电能质量的要求越来越高。然而,现代电力电子设备和非线性负载的大量使用又造成电能污染日趋严重,电能质量成为电力部门及其用户日益关注的问题。因此对电能质量进行检测与分析具有重要的意义。本文对电力参数测量意义和基本情况以及目前市场上测试仪器的研究现状、存在问题以及发展趋势做了深入研究,在查阅国内外电力参数检测技术的有关文献资料的基础上,通过分析、比较,提出了基于PIC单片机的电能质量检测仪的总体设计方案。本文的基本内容主要包括电能质量的五个指标的基本概念,国内外关于电能质量的标准,电能质量指标的检测方法,电能质
